It's called the Wapple Architect Mobile Plugin for Wordpress and it mobilizes your blog not only for high-end handsets like the iPhone and Android, but for every other phone in the world all the way back to old-school WML/CHTML phones. One of its best features though is it's ability to retain the style from web to mobile, so you give your visitors a consistent user experience. Instead of showing iPhone users an interface that looks nothing like the web site, a similar one is displayed.
